Human Resources Manager

Join our team as a Human Resources Manager, where you will be responsible for supervising and managing HR staff, developing and implementing operational goals, and managing employee relations issues. You will also assist with budget reconciliations, maintain relationships with operational departments, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for staff development and training programs, employee performance management, and maximizing employee engagement.

• Supervising and managing members of the HR staff, developing and implementing operational goals.
• Identifying and developing strategies for turnover, recruitment, staff development, engagement, and performance management.
• Managing and resolving employee and/or labor relations issues, conducting investigations in cases of complaints or concerns.
