Host Person - Food Vintage Restaurant

Join our team as a Host Person at Food Vintage Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing serving floor space, assisting the Matre’d with planning and operations, greeting guests, organizing the daily seating chart, and preparing the restaurant for daily reservations. You must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and be comfortable working in a smoking environment. The target salary for this position is $13.00 per hour.

• Maximize serving floor space by seating guests at appropriate tables and organizing the daily seating chart.
• Assist the Matre’d with weekly planning and everyday operations, including assigning and verifying opening and closing procedures for wait staff.
• Greet guests, answer questions, and assist with problems, while analyzing and issuing guest complimentary based on marketing information.
