Customer Service Representative - Seasonal (7-Month Contract)

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative for a seasonal 7-month contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, chat, and email during the exciting sports season. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer questions and complaints, navigating our CRM and internal tools, and consistently meeting performance metrics. This is a 100% remote position with opportunities for internal growth and development in the fast-growing online gaming and sports betting industry. Compensation ranges from $18 to $22 per hour, depending on various factors.

• Be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, chat, and email during the most exciting sports season. Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions with professionalism and care.
• Listen actively and empathetically to understand the real reason behind every contact, asking the right questions to get a full picture before offering solutions.
• Resolve customer questions, complaints, and issues related to our products and services efficiently, accurately, and courteously.
