Casino Bar Beverage Manager

Join our team as a Casino Bar Beverage Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring the operation of all beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations, and assisting in budget goals and financial monitoring. You will also handle personnel-related matters and establish service standards for each outlet.

• Monitor the operation of all beverage outlets to ensure compliance with company standards, policies and procedures, and all federal, state, and local liquor, health and safety regulations.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Director in establishing budget goals and objectives and monitoring financial aspects of the Beverage Department.
• Responsible for personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, evaluating, promoting, counseling, and discharging.
