Senior Project Manager EMEA

Join Planon, a leading provider of software solutions for real estate and facility management. As a Senior Project Manager EMEA, you will lead complex international SaaS implementation projects from early scoping and planning through go-live. You will define the delivery approach, governance, and implementation structure, manage senior stakeholders, and protect Planon's standard product model. This role requires 7+ years of experience in complex external project environments, strong governance and planning skills, and fluency in English and Dutch.

• Lead complex international SaaS implementation projects from early scoping and planning through go-live across EMEA.
• Define delivery approach, governance, and implementation structure together with enterprise customers, translating early expectations into a realistic and executable delivery plan.
• Manage senior stakeholders and proactively prevent risks and escalations through structured governance and continuous alignment.
