  • Perform detailed finance analysis, digitalization of financial analytics, and data structuring under the guidance of the Finance Manager.
  • Execute aspects of finance planning and performance management process, including Annual Contract planning/forecasting, target development, and financial performance reporting/analysis.
  • Focus on Gross to Net budget reporting, analytics, and forecasting, and contribute to a strong controls and compliance environment.

  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE in financial analysis and data collection/structuring
  • TRADE ACUMEN: Deep understanding of trade spend dynamics, Gross-to-Net waterfalls, and mix calculations (volume/price/mix variance analysis) within a CPG commercial environment
  • The Analyst, Finance Planning & Performance Management must have a collaborative style with the ability to build partnerships cross functionally, effectively influence, and develop and implement business process improvements in the planning, reporting and performance management area
  • Must understand monthly/quarterly actuals and key drivers of past performance
  • Demonstrated experience with trade management, mix analysis, and commercial FP&A in a CPG or similar environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration required, CPA preferred
  • Experience with financial systems, particularly SAP a plus
  • Strong Excel skills including manipulation of data bases, pivot tables, advanced formulas and graphs/dashboards are required
  • Self-motivated, confident, results oriented, strong financial acumen
  • Adaptability – responds resourcefully to new demands and challenges
  • Proficiency in Power BI is highly preferred
  • Strong ability to develop reporting packages in Power Point and Excel
  • 3 or more years of finance experience is required
  • Ability to influence without authority, collaborate and interact with all levels
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, listening and communication skills
  • Need to be able to handle/analyze large amounts of data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with quick turnaround expectations
  • It's well suited for a professional who performs well under pressure, delivers with precision on tight timelines, and brings solid expertise in gross-to-net finance and analytics
