Head of compliance and MLRO

Join Seccl, an Octopus-owned embedded investment platform, as the Head of Compliance and MLRO. In this hybrid role based in Dublin, you will shape and lead the compliance and financial crime frameworks that support our Irish business. You will work closely with various teams to embed regulatory thinking into new products and services, and build strong relationships with the Central Bank of Ireland and other key stakeholders.

• Building, maintaining, and continually improving Seccl Ireland’s compliance framework through authorisation, launch, and ongoing supervision.
• Leading our AML, counter-terrorist financing, and financial crime framework as MLRO, including risk assessments, customer due diligence, transaction monitoring, investigations, escalation, and suspicious transaction reporting.
• Owning our regulatory obligations framework, including regulatory risk assessment, horizon scanning, and embedding regulatory change across the business.
