Revenue Operations Manager

Join Circit as a Revenue Operations Manager, where you will play a key role in driving sales operations and maximizing revenue. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and efficiency across the customer lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include managing sales data, tools, and processes, developing dashboards and analytical frameworks, and optimizing Circit's CRM and go-to-market tools. You will also identify bottlenecks, implement solutions, and foster a culture of data literacy and process discipline across teams.

• Strategic oversight and management of sales data, tools, and processes to maximize revenue.
• Development of dashboards and analytical frameworks that deliver actionable insights for pipeline management, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
• Management and optimization of Circit’s CRM and related go-to-market tools, ensuring seamless data flows and process automation across systems.

• You must be ready to work in a fast paced, high growth environment, with a large amount of flexibility required
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue or sales operations, ideally within a SaaS or fintech environment
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Strategic thinking with the ability to execute on both a tactical and strategic level
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software - preferrable HubSpot
• Proven track record of optimizing sales processes and increasing revenue in a similar role
