HR Business Partner

Join our growing Tribe CRM business unit in Utrecht as a hands-on HR Business Partner. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees, overseeing day-to-day HR administration, payroll processing, and guiding the organization through transformation. You will also support talent development, performance management, recruitment, and HR analytics. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of generalist HR experience, strong knowledge of Dutch labor law, and full professional fluency in English and Dutch.

• Act as the main point of contact for HR matters, providing guidance on HR policies, employment laws, and employee relations issues.
• Oversee payroll processing and day-to-day HR administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution of employee queries.
• Support and guide employees through the company's transformation processes, ensuring smooth transitions and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Problem-solving: a proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to handle sensitive and complex HR issues
• You want to be in the Utrecht office most of the week, close to the people you support
• Experience: you've owned a similar HRBP scope, with 5+ years of generalist HR experience overall, ideally in a SaaS or tech company in transformation
• Collaboration: excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation
• Adaptability: comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where change is constant
• Language proficiency: full professional fluency in English and Dutch
• Skills: strong knowledge of Dutch labour law and HR practices; exposure to supporting employees across multiple European countries is a plus
• Hands-on profile: comfortable rolling up your sleeves on payroll and HR administration as well as strategic partnering; this role is as much about getting the details right as it is about influencing leadership
