• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and optimize the client experience, ensuring consistency and impact.

• Language: Native German. English: excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Negotiation and influencing skills
• Minimum 1 year work experience in Customer Success, Sales or Business Development Representative roles
