Technical Operations Specialist

Join Volta Medical, an innovative MedTech company focused on revolutionizing interventional cardiac electrophysiology through cutting-edge AI software products. As a Technical Operations Specialist, you will support the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of our electrophysiology solutions across customer sites in the United States. This role combines hands-on field service responsibilities with technical operations, inventory and logistics management, software lifecycle activities, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Support the deployment, maintenance, and lifecycle management of Volta Medical's electrophysiology solutions across customer sites in the United States.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts, support installations and maintenance activities, manage key operational processes, and partner with physicians and EP lab staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Coordinate distribution of Volta systems to hospitals and customer sites, manage the removal, return, and replacement of systems as needed, and maintain product traceability through accurate inventory and asset tracking in the ERP.
