Partner agency | Freelance Sales Agent (DACH) – Bali, Indonesia

Join a dynamic travel agency as a Freelance Sales Agent, managing the German-speaking (DACH) and English-speaking markets. Based in Bali for the first year, you'll handle traveler requests, design custom itineraries, scout new products, and contribute to responsible tourism practices. • Respond to travelers reaching out through the Evaneos platform and build a first point of trust.
• Prepare and validate detailed, accurate quotes for each project and handle billing with travelers throughout the booking process.
• Stay available as the traveler's main point of contact once the trip begins, monitor trip quality, and manage complaints or unexpected issues.

### ✅ Core skills & experience

• **2 to 4 years of experience** in sales, tourism, or customer-facing roles, ideally within a DMC or travel agency environment
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a natural ability to build trust with clients
• **Strong knowledge of Indonesia as a travel destination**
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple dossiers without losing track
• Customer-satisfaction oriented: you go the extra mile to make sure travelers feel well taken care of
• Autonomous and adaptable, with a creative, solutions-first approach when priorities shift or the unexpected comes up

### 🌐 Languages required

• German – **Native or fully fluent**, with excellent written communication skills
• English – B2
• Indonesian – a valuable plus

• **Must already be living in Indonesia**
• **Compulsory physical presence in Indonesia throughout the high season, from 1 June to 30 September**
