Sourcing Deputy (m/f/d)

Join Hager Group's Sourcing department as a Sourcing Deputy. In this strategic role, you will partner with the VP Global Sourcing to define and execute the global sourcing strategy, drive strategic initiatives, and lead performance management. You will also coordinate cross-functional projects and drive transformation and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, 8+ years of experience in sourcing or procurement, and strong analytical and communication skills.

• Partner with the VP Global Sourcing to define and execute the global sourcing strategy and annual operating plan.
• Drive strategic initiatives, ensuring clear priorities, accountability, and successful execution.
• Act as a trusted advisor and support executive decision-making through governance, analytics, and recommendations.
