Senior Account Manager (WPP & Dentsu)

Join VideoAmp, a leading AdTech company, as a Senior Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with WPP and Dentsu, two of the largest advertising agencies in the world. You will work closely with stakeholders across both agencies, understand their goals and challenges, and develop strategies to exceed their expectations. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment that requires a strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows.

• Gérer et surveiller la performance continue des clients au sein des agences WPP et Dentsu, en veillant à ce que les campagnes et les insights soient exécutés avec succès.
• Établir et maintenir des relations consultatives solides avec les parties prenantes de WPP et Dentsu en comprenant profondément les offres de produits de VideoAmp.
• Proactivement résoudre les défis des clients et identifier les opportunités de croissance au sein des comptes WPP et Dentsu.
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Services within AdTech, programmatic media, or digital advertising, agency or vendor side
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Strong understanding of programmatic media buying and ad operations workflows; platform experience is a plus
• Proven experience working with, and current relationships within, WPP and Dentsu required
• Proven ability to manage high-value clients, drive account growth, and exceed performance expectations
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-first mindset
• Passionate about the digital advertising industry and excited to deliver measurable results for clients
• Experience using tools like Salesforce, ChurnZero, Zendesk, Pendo, or JIRA to manage accounts and track performance
