Business Developement Manager – Manufacturing (H/F)

You will be responsible for developing and expanding our customer portfolio, driving sales strategy and action plans, and ensuring loyalty and growth of existing accounts. With a focus on big deals and high-value proposals, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects with major industry players in an international and innovative work environment.

• Développer le portefeuille clients en acquérant de nouveaux clients et en animant les clients existants.
• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre la stratégie de vente et les plans d'action de vente avec les prospects et les clients.
• Répondre aux demandes de renseignements et aux demandes de devis, en s'engageant dans des projets d'expertise et de T&M ou à prix fixe.
• 12+ years of experience, including 5 years in a similar position in the sales of services and solutions
• Exposure to discrete manufacturing is important (focus and experience on automotive with OEMs and Tiers1 will be highly appreciated)
• Strong commercial drive and ability to identify potential deals, lead energetic prospection campaigns, map client organizations and identify unique selling proposals
• Appreciated experience in the sale of offshore solutions/services
• Ability to understand and challenge clients’ technical topics with confidence
• Broad technological culture: Application solutions (ERP, CRM, MES, Plant Solutions), Engineering services, Infrastructure & Cloud, Innovation, AI framework, CIO advisory…
• Fluent English and French
