• Expert proficiency in SQL and Python for data exploration and analysis
• Solid experience with A/B testing, causal inference, and experimentation design
• Fast learner, highly meticulous, proactive, and pragmatic
• Experience in analytics or data science roles, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or digital products
• Strong background in applied statistics; experience with Bayesian methods is a plus
• Experience mentoring or leading other analysts is a big plus
