Retail Planner, Fixed Term Contract, Head Office

Join Hermès, a prestigious French luxury brand, as a Retail Planner in a fixed-term contract role at our Head Office. You will play a key role in managing supply chain and replenishment projects, optimizing inventory levels, and providing planning and analysis support during key merchandising moments. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, previous experience in planning or merchandising, and excellent interpersonal skills.

• Lead the setup and implementation of Supply Chain and Replenishment projects, ensuring effective merchandise flow throughout the supply chain.
• Establish and evolve the replenishment strategy, manage automated Min/Max and manual allocation systems, and analyze performance and forecasting stock needs.
• Provide planning and analysis support during key Merchandising moments, including PSI, OTB, and Pricing cycles.
