Client Advisor

Join Hermes Korea as a Client Advisor, where you will serve clients with various needs, understand their true desires and concerns, and provide exceptional service. You will interact and negotiate with internal teams to find the best solutions and inspire clients with the Hermes way of surprise. This is a contract-based position for 10 months, reporting to the CRC Manager.

• 고객의 진정한 욕구와 관심사를 파악하여 다양한 니즈를 가진 고객들에게 서비스를 제공하고, 내부 팀들과 협업하여 고객의 니즈를 충족시킬 뿐만 아니라 고객에게 에르메스의 방식으로 서프라이즈를 줄 수 있는 최상의 솔루션을 제공합니다.
• 고객의 주문 요청에 따라 전화 또는 온라인 메신저를 통한 오더를 생성하고, 고객의 질문에 답변하며 애프터서비스, 개인정보 관련, 온라인 주문 취소 등과 관련된 고객 요청사항을 처리합니다.
• 정기적인 교육 세션에 참석하여 에르메스 브랜드의 지식과 가치, 직무 기술 등을 끊임없이 습득하고, 고객 서비스 분야에서의 경험을 바탕으로 어려운 고객과 니즈를 전문적으로 핸들링 합니다.
