About The Role

This position is responsible for translating Tiffany’s heritage, craftsmanship, and creative vision into exceptional visual experiences across the retail environment. The role plays a key part in elevating the presentation of our jewelry and strengthening the overall client journey through impactful store windows, in-store environments, and product displays.

In addition to overseeing in-store product presentation and visual merchandising, this role serves as a key Creative Lead within the team for Tiffany’s seasonal windows and Holiday Trim, bringing global creative concepts to life through a strong understanding of the local market. Working closely with Global and local cross-functional teams, the position ensures the highest standards of visual execution while strengthening Tiffany’s distinctive brand identity and effectively supporting local business priorities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Creative Direction – Windows & Holiday Trim
  • Lead the creative execution of Tiffany’s seasonal windows and Holiday Trim, serving as a key Creative Lead within the team and the primary local point of contact for Global CVM.
  • Own the end-to-end process for seasonal windows and Holiday Trim across the store network, including global ordering, local adaptation, installation, and maintenance.
  • Translate Global creative concepts into compelling, locally relevant retail experiences while preserving Tiffany’s distinctive brand identity.
  • Partner closely with Global CVM, local cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors to deliver high-quality creative execution with strong attention to detail.
  • Oversee installation and quality control, ensuring the creative vision is consistently and flawlessly brought to life across all touchpoints.
  • Lead post-installation reporting and debriefs with Global CVM, sharing local insights, feedback, and learnings to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with Global on enhancing future creative executions.

In-Store Product Presentation & Visual Merchandising

Drive elevated product presentation and visual merchandising across the store network, balancing Tiffany’s global standards with local market and business priorities.

  • Conduct regular store visits to review product presentation, floorplans, and visual standards, providing clear and actionable direction.
  • Partner with CVM Ambassadors and store teams to strengthen execution and continuously elevate visual standards.
  • Optimise product presentation, zoning, and floorplans based on commercial priorities, product performance, and the client journey.
  • Strengthen product storytelling through thoughtful assortment and presentation, with a focus on key collections and business priorities.
  • Translate Global CVM strategies into effective local execution while responding to market and store-specific needs.

Brand Events, Pop-Ups & Pop-Ins

Support CVM execution for brand events, pop-ups, pop-ins, and other retail activations, delivering a consistent and elevated Tiffany client experience.

  • Translate event objectives and business priorities into clear CVM execution plans.
  • Partner with Global CVM to adapt creative concepts to the local market while maintaining Tiffany’s distinctive brand identity.
  • Collaborate with Merchandising, Retail, landlords, vendors, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage product assortment, display forms, and detailed visual elements in collaboration with relevant teams.
  • Conduct on-site quality checks and proactively resolve execution issues to ensure a high standard of delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, within agreed timelines and budgets.

CVM Display Forms & Visual Assets

Manage CVM Forms and Visual Assets across the store network, ensuring availability, quality, and consistency with Global standards.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and proactively replenish Display Forms based on CVM priorities and store needs.
  • Monitor the condition and quality of Display Forms and Visual Assets, coordinating repairs or replacements when required.
  • Manage regular global orders based on store requirements and visual priorities, and coordinate the allocation and distribution of Display Forms across the store network.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & CVM Operations

Build strong partnerships across Global and local teams to drive effective CVM execution and support business priorities.

  • Partner with Global CVM, Merchandising, Retail, Marketing, and other local teams to align visual priorities with business objectives.
  • Support the planning and prioritisation of key CVM initiatives across the store network.
  • Assist in managing local CVM budgets and resources to ensure efficient execution.
  • Share market insights, store feedback, and creative opportunities to contribute to the continuous evolution of CVM strategies.

Required Qualifications

  • 9–12 years of Visual Merchandising experience, with a strong aesthetic sensibility and experience in luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong ownership and accountability, with the ability to work independently, take initiative, and deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a positive, considerate, and team-oriented approach when working with colleagues, store teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, timelines, and stakeholders effectively.
  • A careful, precise, and responsible approach to handling jewelry, display forms, and visual assets, with a strong awareness of the importance of protecting high-value products and materials.
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear, accurate, and well-structured guidelines, reports, presentations, and other VM materials.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Genuine passion for Visual Merchandising and a strong commitment to Tiffany’s brand standards and quality of execution.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required, with no restrictions that would prevent travel by air, rail, or other forms of transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a global or multi-market environment, with the ability to translate global direction into effective local execution.
  • Strong knowledge of and curiosity about the luxury landscape, Visual Merchandising trends, and industry best practices.
  • A mindset that embraces change and actively contributes to the continuous improvement of the team and business.
  • Fluent Korea & English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design software.
