As a Sourcing Manager for Spices & Herbs in Brazil, you will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, building relationships with suppliers, and developing business opportunities. You will work closely with various teams within the company and have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the industry.

• Hunting for Spices and Herbs raw materials discarded by industry, mainly in Brazil, but also in connex countries of the region.
• Mapping, prioritizing and sampling products, and being the first point of contact with suppliers.
• Mastering the negotiation process such as positioning, closing and B2B user experience in complex environments.

**Must-Haves**

• You have a solid knowledge of the regional food industry, its factories, processors and its practices.
