Solutions Architect (French Speaker)

Join MongoDB as a Solutions Architect, where you'll leverage your technical expertise to guide customers in designing and building scalable systems using our data platform. You'll work closely with sales executives, drive account success, foster strong customer relationships, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience with modern scripting languages, experience in a customer-facing role, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Concevoir et architecturer des applications, des systèmes et des infrastructures évolutifs et performants pour de grands projets logiciels en utilisant MongoDB.
• Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente pour réussir les comptes grâce à la planification des comptes, à la priorisation/qualification des opportunités et à la stratégie de génération de pipeline.
• Générer proactivement la demande dans le territoire de vente par le biais d'initiatives techniques autonomes, de la participation à des événements tels que des salons professionnels.
• Minimum of 2 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g. Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or popular programming languages (e.g. C/C++, Java, C#) in a professional capacity
• The ability to travel up to 25%
• Experience implementing scalable and highly available distributed systems in the cloud and on-prem
• 5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally 2 years of experience in a customer facing role
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical and business concepts in a clear and compelling manner to technology and business leadership
• Experience working in a technical pre-sales capacity
• Demonstrated ability to work with customers to review complex architecture of existing applications, providing guidance on how to improve by leveraging technology
• Ability to work with a cross functional sales team to formulate and execute an end to end deal cycle
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Experience developing, deploying, or supporting applications with any of the major cloud providers
• Experience with database programming and data models
• Understanding of popular sales methodologies/ frameworks such as MEDDPICC/ Command of the Message
• Experience in data engineering or AI/ML projects
• A MongoDB Certification
• A Cloud Provider Certification
