AI Transformation Manager

Join Europ Assistance as an AI Transformation Manager, where you will shape and scale the Group-wide AI Business Transformation Program. You will work closely with Business Units, Group Functions, and technical teams to identify high-impact opportunities and ensure ethical and secure AI deployment. Your responsibilities will include establishing effective governance, coordinating cross-functional alignment, identifying and sizing AI use cases, ensuring compliance with regulations, tracking performance, and promoting an AI culture.

• Establish and run effective governance for AI adoption across international markets.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into broader Group processes seamlessly.
• Identify and size AI use cases, build strong business cases, and support countries in moving from successful pilots to full-scale deployments.
