FX Account Manager - Hungary

As an FX Account Manager in Hungary, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their foreign transactions run smoothly and providing them with insights and expertise on market developments. You will build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, optimize their international payments and currency risk management, and contribute to the development of our sales strategy.

• As a point of contact for clients after their introduction to the platform, ensuring their transactions run smoothly and addressing any issues that arise.
• Initiating and executing proactive cross-sell and upsell strategies to grow the portfolio and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Working closely with the Customer Success Management team to maximize client satisfaction and optimize international payments, FX exposure, and hedging strategies.
