About The Role

Join Saronic, a leader in autonomous maritime technology, as an Associate Product Manager. In this role, you will contribute to the strategy, development, and delivery of cutting-edge products. You will own a defined product area, support key products, and help build cross-Product team resources. This position is ideal for junior product managers or engineers looking to transition into product management.

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • Diplomatic disposition with knack for cross-functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented mindset for all projects, large and small
  • Strong technical background with knowledge of autonomous systems and/or constituent technologies (sensors and perception, radios and networking, structures and mechanical design, board design and electrical architectures, etc)
  • Shrewd judgement and a keen sense for what differentiates good products from bad
  • Mature written and verbal communication skills, with comfort and experience creating presentations, writing memos, and presenting to an audience
  • Interest in product management; past experience is preferred but not required
  • Occasional reaching, bending, or stooping to access file drawers, cabinets, or office supplies
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Occasional standing and walking within the office
  • Visual acuity to read screens, documents, and reports
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other office equipment
  • Lifting and carrying items up to 20 pounds occasionally (e.g., office supplies, packages)
