Senior Customer Success Manager - bilingual EN/FR

Join CoderPad, the global leader in the technical interview space, as a Senior Customer Success Manager. In this full remote role based in Ireland, you will own a portfolio of strategic EMEA accounts, focusing on French-speaking customers. You will build and execute account plans, run quarterly business reviews, monitor account health, and drive renewal and expansion opportunities. You should have 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management, be bilingual in English and French, and have strong commercial acumen.

• Gérer un portefeuille de comptes stratégiques en EMEA, responsable de la rétention, de l'expansion et de la santé des comptes.
