Testing Engineer

Join Nexans, a global leader in advanced cabling and connectivity solutions. As a Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for managing processes related to product testing, defining testing methods, and supporting all testing equipment and procedures. You will work closely with production teams, maintenance, process engineers, and planning, and will have external contacts with suppliers and engineering companies. This position is based in Belgium and requires a master's degree in electricity or electro-mechanics, fluency in English and Dutch, and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational environment.

• Managing processes related to product testing, defining testing methods, and supporting testing equipment.
• Organizing the startup and follow-up of new or modified tests for existing products, including monitoring relevant KPIs.
• Managing improvement projects in the testing department, using continuous improvement methodologies and tracking progress via KPIs.
