Project Manager (Clinical AI)

Join our team as a Project Manager (Clinical AI) where you will be responsible for managing projects, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment across teams. You will contribute to the delivery of data-driven health solutions in a regulated healthcare environment. Your role will involve program coordination and execution support, planning and tracking, cross-functional collaboration, reporting and documentation, risk and issue management support, regulatory and compliance support, and PMO and process adherence. A bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering or a related field is required, along with 5+ years of experience in project and/or program coordination.

• Coordination and execution of Population Health projects across multiple initiatives, maintaining project plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Assisting in translating project goals into structured plans and milestones, supporting quarterly and PI planning activities.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and collaboration platforms
• Good understanding of project/program management principles
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field required
• 5+ years of experience in project and/or program coordination required
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Understanding of medical device development processes and regulatory submissions
• Exposure to healthcare, health tech, or life sciences environments
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery models
• Experience working in international or cross-cultural teams
• Experience with tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or similar
