AI Quality Assurance Intern

Join Cresta's AI Delivery team as an AI Quality Assurance Intern. In this hands-on role, you will evaluate the behavior, accuracy, and reliability of our AI Agents and Agent Assist systems. Your responsibilities will include executing structured test plans, validating intents and workflows, identifying inconsistencies, reviewing AI-generated outputs, and providing actionable feedback for improvement. This internship is ideal for students interested in AI evaluation, product QA, linguistics, conversation analysis, or human-AI interaction.

• Execute structured test plans for AI Agent implementations, validating that intents, entities, and workflows trigger correctly.
• Identify behavioral inconsistencies, misclassifications, or hallucinations, and provide actionable feedback to improve intent models.
• Run bias, redaction, and transcription accuracy checks, and contribute ideas for improving internal QA processes and tools.
• AI/ML, NLP, or chatbots
• Product quality and user experience
