Construction Project Manager Romania (F/M)

In this role, you will lead the execution of wind farm construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with all requirements. You will manage the project lifecycle, oversee construction activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. • Conducerea întregului ciclu de viață al proiectelor de construcție a parcurilor eoliene, de la mobilizare până la punerea în funcțiune și predarea către operațiuni.
• Dezvoltarea și gestionarea strategiei generale de execuție a proiectului și a planului de construcție, stabilirea programelor de proiect și a planurilor de resurse.
• Responsabilitatea pentru bugetul proiectului, controlul costurilor și performanța financiară, gestionarea administrării contractului.

### 🫀Hard & Soft skills

• Master’s degree in electrical / civil engineering or a related field associated to around 8-10 years of experience in construction project execution, ideally in the energy sector.
• Experience with wind farm construction or large-scale energy infrastructure projects is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, technical standards, and project controls.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional collaboration and issue resolution.
• Proven experience with Romanian construction and energy regulations.
• Native Romanian speaker, fluent in written and spoking English. French is a plus.
• Experience working in a large utility and multicultural environment is a plus.
• Driving license
