Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the successful delivery of software implementations across the UK, working alongside experienced Project Managers, Product Consultants, and customer stakeholders. • Support the delivery of customer implementation projects in line with business objectives and KPIs, coordinating activities between internal teams and customer stakeholders.
• Track project milestones, actions, and deliverables, identifying potential delivery risks and supporting escalation activities.
• Assist with project governance, reporting, and documentation, maintaining accurate project plans, records, and audit trails.

• Strong Microsoft Office and collaboration tool skill
• Customer-focused and relationship-driven mindset

• Experience in a project coordination, administration, customer service, or customer-facing role
