Junior for our Sustainability and Emerging Assurance team

Join Deloitte Luxembourg's Sustainability & Specialized Assurance team as a Junior ESG Assurance professional. Contribute to sustainability assurance and advisory engagements, ensuring the reliability and consistency of sustainability information disclosed in clients' reports. Support audit-readiness and assurance of sustainability disclosures under key regulations, apply Deloitte's ESG assurance methodology, and assist with proposals and internal projects. Ideal candidates will have a master's degree in sustainability, economics, finance, or accounting, and foundational knowledge of key European sustainability reporting regulations.

• Contribuer aux missions d'audit et d'assurance en matière de durabilité pour des clients luxembourgeois et internationaux.
• Appliquer la méthodologie d'assurance ESG de Deloitte pour évaluer la gouvernance, la stratégie, la double matérialité et les flux de données ESG.
• Participer à la rédaction de livrables clairs et structurés, y compris des rapports, des lettres de gestion et de la documentation d'assurance.

Profile description

• **Must have**

• Master’s degree in sustainability, economics, finance, accounting or a similar field
• Foundational knowledge of key European sustainability reporting regulations (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, SFDR, EU Taxonomy)
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work with quantitative and qualitative data

**Nice to have**

• Initial experience or internships in audit, assurance or sustainability reporting
• Familiarity with voluntary sustainability frameworks (e.g., UN SDGs, GRI, TCFD, TNFD, UN PRI)
• Additional languages, particularly Luxembourgish or French
