Solutions Engineer (Institutional)

Join Matter Labs as a Solutions Engineer (Institutional) and be the technical partner to our institutional sales team. In this hands-on presales role, you will turn customer requirements into credible Prividium architectures, lead technical discovery, design solutions, deliver demos and workshops, run evaluations, own technical diligence, prepare implementation, and feed the roadmap. You should have 7+ years of experience in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing setting, with a deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy.

• Lead technical discovery and solution design, translating customer workflows into target architectures for Prividium.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and technical workshops, coordinating internal specialists for evaluations and proofs of concept.
• Own technical diligence, leading responses to RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and architecture assessments.
• 7+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, enterprise architecture, or technical consulting in a customer-facing setting
• Deep grounding in APIs, distributed systems, cloud and on-premise deployment, security, identity and access, and data privacy
• Aligning sales, product, engineering, security, and customer teams without formal authority
• Working with banks, capital-markets firms, market infrastructure, payments businesses, or other regulated institutions
• Leading complex technical evaluations or proofs of concept and converting them into production decisions
• Explaining complex systems to technical and non-technical audiences, with precise writing and disciplined expectation management
• Working knowledge of Ethereum, smart contracts, tokenisation, or zero-knowledge proofs
• Deep enterprise and financial-services experience can compensate for a lighter crypto background
