Channel Account Manager (Service Providers)

• Achieve and exceed quota based on expansion performance and renewal outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple stakeholders across assigned partner organizations.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by delivering solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow adoption, and strengthen long-term loyalty.

• A strong bias to action and the ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partner success, or channel or direct sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below
• Comfort using AI in practical day-to-day work, including call summaries, account prep, and follow-up support
• Strong knowledge of the MSP space, preferably in the cybersecurity industry
• A genuine passion for the partner community and for helping partners deliver meaningful cybersecurity outcomes
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM platform to manage partner activity and opportunities
