Lead Technical Application Specialist (Privileged Access Management)

Join Lloyds Banking Group as a Lead Technical Application Specialist in Privileged Access Management (PAM). In this role, you will lead a team responsible for building, operating, and enhancing services that govern privileged access across the organization. You will combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions that protect critical systems and strengthen the Group's identity security capabilities. You will work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams, and platform consumers to shape strategy, influence the roadmap, and deliver modern privileged access capabilities.

• Lead a team responsible for building, operating, and enhancing services that govern privileged access across the organization.
• Combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions that protect critical systems.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams, and platform consumers to shape strategy, influence the roadmap, and deliver modern privileged access capabilities.
• Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, ideally including the CyberArk Identity Security Platform
• Experience leading the design, implementation and operation of enterprise PAM solutions
• Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS or GCP
• Experience working with APIs and modern authentication standards including OAuth, OIDC, SAML and SCIM
• Strong technical expertise in Privileged Access Management, Identity & Access Management or Identity Security
• Experience leading, coaching and developing engineering teams
• Experience delivering security platforms within large and complex organisations
• Experience with secrets management, privileged identity governance and privileged session monitoring
• Experience supporting Zero Standing Privilege initiatives
• Experience implementing Just-in-Time access capabilities
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code practices and tooling such as Terraform
• Experience driving automation and engineering efficiency improvements
• Knowledge of operational resilience and critical incident management
