Backend Engineer

As a Backend Engineer, you will work on complex systems, build reliable solutions, and take ownership of your deliverables. You will collaborate closely with the product team and the broader engineering team, and have the opportunity to make a real impact in the civic and nonprofit engagement space.

• Écrire du code backend de production en Golang (un atout, mais pas une exigence stricte).
• Devenir le partenaire principal du backend d'un Pod Produit et aider à façonner les décisions techniques et produit.
• Contribuer à la feuille de route du produit et collaborer à la conception des fonctionnalités à venir.

### What Sets You Apart

• Previous Golang experience is a plus, but we are equally interested in strong backend engineers willing to learn Go
• Proficient and passionate about backend development, eager to take on new technical challenges
• Autonomous and rigorous: you deliver features end to end and you finish things
• Professional-level English, B2 minimum, C1 preferred
• Passion & true curiosity for technology, digital innovation, and AI
• Interest in civic and citizen-driven organizations (a bonus, not a requirement)
• Willing to join the team in the beautiful city of Bordeaux. The current general company rule is at least 3 days in the office a week
