Senior Solutions Engineer (Presales) – Fintech SaaS

Join Basikon, the fastest growing software player in the banking and credit industry, as a Senior Solutions Engineer (Presales). In this highly visible role, you will turn complex technology into clear business value, owning demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses that win deals. You will work on advanced fintech platforms used by banks and lenders, interacting with international clients across Europe, Africa, LATAM, and beyond. This is a remote-first position, with a preference for candidates based in the Paris area.

• **At least 5+ years in presales / sales engineering / solution consulting for B2B SaaS** (fintech or financial services is a strong plus).

• **Strong demo craft**: discovery‑led storytelling, and configuration skills with light technical hands‑on work (**JavaScript scripting**).

• Solid experience owning RFIs/RFPs in **banking, lending, leasing, or financial workflows** (core systems, LOS/LMS, servicing, or adjacent platforms).

• **Ability to translate business needs into technical narratives** (architecture, integration, security, delivery approach).

• **Comfortable collaborating across teams** (Sales, Product, Marketing, Security, Delivery) in a remote‑first environment.

• **Fluency in English and French required**. A third language (e.g., Portuguese, Dutch, Arabic) is a strong plus.

• Bonus: familiarity with enterprise sales methods (MEDDICC or equivalent), API/integration concepts, and regulated environments.
