Business Development Representative (DACH, German Speaking)

Join Contentstack, a leading SaaS technology company, as a Business Development Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for prospecting and reaching out to new customers, building pipeline and revenue for the company. You will primarily sell to decision-makers in IT and Marketing, and will work closely with Sales and Marketing on projects, events, and campaigns. The ideal candidate is fluent in German and English, has strong experience in outbound prospecting, and is highly motivated and self-driven.

• Identifying and qualifying potential customers through proactive outreach, primarily via phone and email.
• Collaborating with account executives to strategize and penetrate named accounts, conducting high-level conversations with decision-makers.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly quotas for qualified meetings and pipeline growth, leveraging sales enablement tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong experience in outbound prospecting
• Located in Amsterdam
• Strong organization and time management
• 1+ years of prior outbound sale development experience
• Exceptional listening skills combined with the ability to synthesize information
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
• Collaborative and coachable

• Some travel may be required
• Prior experience in B2B, SaaS technology or CMS sales is a plus
• Up-to-date knowledge of our product and its value to customers
• Prior experience with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools a plus
