Senior Full Stack Engineer

Join our team as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, where you'll focus on building our RCM product and contributing to our established Marketplace. You'll work closely with product and business stakeholders to understand customer problems and shape solutions. Your responsibilities will include building frontend experiences in React and TypeScript, owning features end-to-end, contributing to backend APIs using Python and FastAPI, and mentoring other engineers. • Hands-on experience with TanStack Router and TanStack Query (or strong opinions about routing and data fetching you're ready to apply)
• Familiarity with coding agents and can articulate where they work well, where they fail, and how their workflow has evolved around them
• Backend range to build and maintain Python/FastAPI endpoints and data models
• Solid understanding of UI fundamentals — layout, performance, and state management
• Deep expertise in React and TypeScript
• Strong instincts for product quality, strong attention to detail and judgement to around implementation decisions
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong frontend focus
• Familiarity with Zod and schema-driven API clients
• Experience with payment flows, billing systems, or insurance-adjacent products
• Familiarity with TanStack Router and TanStack Query (our RCM product's stack)
• Background in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products
• Healthcare or dental industry experience
