Community Builder - UAE

Join Malt, Europe's leading freelance marketplace, as a Community Builder in the UAE. Your mission will be to drive platform adoption, foster community loyalty, and connect with key local freelancers. You will organize events, create local content, collaborate with the sales team, establish partnerships, and adapt global initiatives to the UAE market. Ideal candidates have a degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications, at least 2 years of experience in the Middle East, and excellent communication skills.

• Proactively source, contact, and onboard top-tier freelancers through daily interactions, calls, and networking.
• Organize and host local events, workshops, and meetups, and draft compelling content tailored to UAE freelancers.
• Collaborate with the local Sales team to understand talent demands and execute targeted community initiatives.
