PPC & Paid Media Analyst

Join our team as a PPC & Paid Media Analyst, where you'll manage and optimize multi-market paid campaigns for independent optical retailers and premium eyewear brands. You'll work within a specialist performance team and have the opportunity for clear progression into senior performance strategy. Your responsibilities will include building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, managing budgets, executing keyword strategies, writing ad copy, and improving conversion rates. You should have 3+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills.

• Gestionar y optimizar campañas de publicidad pagada en múltiples mercados, asegurando un impacto comercial real.
• Construir y optimizar campañas de Google Ads desde el brief inicial hasta el lanzamiento y la escalabilidad.
• Monitorear el rendimiento de las campañas y traducir los datos de rendimiento en información procesable para los clientes.

• 3+ years’ experience managing Google Ads campaigns; OR 2+ years’ agency-side PPC experience
• Strong understanding of conversion tracking and attribution
• Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and opportunities
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Comfortable working within GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Experience optimising toward CPA / ROAS targets
• Microsoft Ads experience
• Meta Ads experience
• Experience with call tracking platforms
• Experience working with e-commerce or appointment-driven businesses
• Looker Studio reporting experience
