Finance Intern

• Accurately allocate and reconcile all incoming payments received via bank transfer, verify payment details, and handle any discrepancies.
• Monitor the proper and timely issuance of invoices and credit notes to customers, investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with the month-end close process by providing relevant journal entries, reviewing, and investigating anomalies.

• Be eligible for a university internship agreement (convenio de prácticas)
• Fluent Spanish and at least intermediate English (B2)
• Have completed at least half of your degree credits (mid-career student or above)
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
