Content Manager

Join Podimo, a leading podcasting company in the Netherlands, as a Content Manager. In this role, you will shape the Dutch podcasting landscape by managing content investments, sourcing and commissioning original podcasts, and building strong relationships with creators and production partners. You will also help shape our content strategy, analyze data to maximize show performance, and handle the administrative side of your portfolio. • Beheer van contentinvesteringen in bestaande en nieuwe producties, van het initiële idee tot de productie.
• Sourcing en commissioning van originele podcasts en het verwerven van exclusieve content die aansluit bij de doelgroep.
• Bouwen van sterke relaties met onafhankelijke makers, productie-studio's en agentschappen, en het bieden van richting aan partners.
• You excel at working with creators. You have experience managing talent, agents, or production partners and can give constructive feedback in a way that fosters trust and improvement
• You bring a minimum of five years of relevant experience in the media, audio, or entertainment industry. You have a solid background in content development or a relevant commercial role within the media
• You are not afraid of picking up the phone and persuading well-known creators that podcasting is a big opportunity and our platform is the best environment to do so
• You have strong project and production management skills. You are able to translate audience preferences into concrete initiatives to launch new podcasts and find and guide the right partners to get these off the ground
• Strong communication skills in Dutch (fluent) and English, both written and verbal
