Sales Manager

Join our team as the Sales Manager APAC, where you will lead our local sales team in Singapore, manage and grow our Sales AE/AM team, and directly close deals. This hands-on role requires a strong sales operator with team management experience and a track record of exceeding sales targets.

• Manage and grow the existing Sales AE/AM team in Singapore, coaching, ramping, and holding them accountable to targets.
• Own and close a portfolio of local corporate accounts across Singapore and Australia, from prospecting through negotiation and closing.
• Drive quota attainment for the team (bookings, GBV) and report on pipeline health and forecasting.

**What We're Looking For**

You are a sales operator who also knows how to lead a team — hungry, hands-on, and comfortable wearing both hats.

**You likely bring**

• 5-7 years of B2B sales experience, including some direct team management experience

• Ideally, prior experience in a tech scale-up

• A strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets, both individually and through a team

• Comfort operating in an early-stage, still-being-built environment — you build process as you go, you don't wait for it

• Native or near-native English; Mandarin is a strong plus given the Singapore and China context

• A coaching mindset: you get energy from helping others close, not just closing yourself
