Associate Account Executive - Amsterdam

As an Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting, initiating, and nurturing business relationships to generate new opportunities within the Benelux or Nordics region. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, and target key decision-makers. • Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities within the Benelux or Nordics region for SMB prospects.
• Prepare and present product demonstrations, perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline, and manage the whole sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
• Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system, attend trade shows, events and conferences, and network with market influencers.

Working cross-functionally, our AEs attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob. They manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing. Our small medium business (SMB) segment covers companies up to 250 employees, with an average order value of $50k ARR.
