As a Strategy & Ops Associate, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and improving cross-functional processes, owning workstreams within strategic projects, and turning successful motions into playbooks. You will have the opportunity to work across all functions of the business, gain exposure to world-class enterprise clients, and have direct access to key leaders in the company.

• Run the diagnostic with rigor, identifying areas where effort is not converting to outcome.
• Own a workstream inside strategic cross-functional projects and manage smaller projects end to end.
• Turn the motion into a playbook, documenting the workflow, triggers, decisions, and escalation paths.
