Senior Client Delivery Manager

As a Senior Client Delivery Manager, you will lead complex client programs, coach your delivery team, and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. You will also manage risks and dependencies, partner with Product and Engineering teams, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement. This role is based in Melbourne, Australia, with a flexible hybrid work approach.

• Lead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream client programmes, owning governance design, ways of working, and accountability for outcomes from kick-off through to go-live and beyond.
• Coach and develop your team of delivery contributors, providing the context, frameworks, and hands-on support they need to grow and succeed on the programme.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders — including C-level — acting as a credible, strategic voice for Kaluza at every stage of the engagement.
