Senior Client Implementation Lead (Culture and Operation Transformation)

Join Kraken Technologies, a leading technology company focused on creating a smart, sustainable energy system. As a Senior Client Implementation Lead, you will lead operational transformation projects, design cultural programs, and deliver coaching and workshops to clients. You will work closely with technology teams, product managers, and client teams to drive business cultural change. This role requires a strong background in business transformation, organizational development, senior stakeholder management, project and program management, and training and coaching.

• Lead overall projects on both the operating model and the operating environment, coordinating, managing, building, and delivering Kraken’s cultural change programmes alongside clients.
• Collaborate with the wider Kraken Technologies Implementation team and clients to develop and deliver a wider range of cultural transformation programmes, including leadership development and coaching.
• Work closely with the wider Kraken Tech team to deliver coaching and mentorship to clients as part of their operational transformation journeys, and prepare and deliver workshop content for training groups.
