• This role is responsible for ensuring that all Japan Plants maintain full compliance with applicable regulations and Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.
• The Senior Manager will oversee the implementation and continuous improvement of our EHS systems, programs, and culture across all Japan sites (Yonezawa, Tokyo, and Geino ).
• This individual will serve as a member of both the Japan Leadership Team and Site Management Team, collaborating closely with leaders throughout Japan.
• This position will play a critical role within the Entegris Asia EHS Team by shaping and influencing the overall EHS strategy and direction in the region.
• The primary location for this role is Tokyo; however, relocation to Geino or Yonezawa may be considered. Regular monthly visits to all three sites in Japan are required .
• The successful candidate will lead a team of four staff members distributed across the three Japanese sites.

• このポジションは、 Entegris Asia EHS チーム内で重要な役割を果たし、地域の EHS 戦略と方向性を形成・影響します。
• この役割の主な場所は東京です。しかし、 三重県津市芸濃 町や 山形県 米沢 市 への 異動 も検討されることがあります。日本の 3 か所すべてを毎月定期的に訪問することが義務付けられています。
• このポジション は、 3 つの日本拠点に分散した 4 名のスタッフチームを率います。

In this role you will

What are the expected outcomes ? What must this role get done in order to meet your business objectives ? Define “what success will look like .

• Maintain compliance with national and local environmental, health and safety regulations.
• Lead the implementation and validation of Entegris Corporate EHS requirements
• Provide EHS guidance and compliance support to site management team to ensure compliance with regulatory & Entegris Corporate EHS requirements.
• Proactively drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and programs.
• Drive improvements in organizational EHS culture, awareness, and accountability.
• Conduct incident / accident investigations and develop corrective and preventative action plans.
• Organize site employee EHS training, lead EHS audits, and maintain EHS records.
• This role mainly covers all of sites in Japan and report directly to Asia EHS Director.

• 現場の従業員の EHS トレーニングを組織し、 EHS 監査を主導し、 EHS 記録を維持する
• 主に日本の全拠点をカバーし、アジア EHS ディレクター直属の部下の位置づけとなる

What are the Position Specific Competencies ? Define the skills/competencies necessary to do the job . These should tie directly back to the purpose and outcome.

• Appropriate country EHS qualification/certifications
• Bachelor / Master Degree in Safety , Environmental, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering, or related technical discipline
• 10+ years' experience on managing EHS compliance and/or programs in multinational companies
• Compliance experience with EHS regulations , ISO14001 & 45001, RBA, customer audit, etc
• Proven project and program management skills
• Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships
• Knowledge of PHA ( FMEA, Hazop , what-if) , RCA, JSA , LOTO, area classification, etc
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• 安全、環境、電 気 、機械、土木、化 学 工 学 、または 関 連する技術分野の 学 士 号 / 修士 号
• 多 国 籍企業における EHS コンプライアンスおよび / またはプログラムの管理に 関 する 10 年 以上 の 経験
• EHS 規制、 ISO14001 および 45001 、 RBA 、顧客監査などのコンプライアンス 経験
• プロジェクトおよびプログラム管理スキル
• 信 頼 を獲得し、前向きで 専 門的な 関 係を維持する能力
• PHA( FMEA 、 Hazop 、 what-if ) 、 RCA 、 JSA 、 LOTO 、エリア分類などの知識
• MS オフィスを含む基本的なコンピュ ー タ知識
• 英語での優れた書面および口頭でのコミュニケ ー ションスキル
