Senior Project Engineer - Civils & 3 Waters M/F

As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of major heavy civil and Three Waters projects. You will provide technical leadership and project delivery expertise, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, clients, and subcontractors. • Lead and coordinate engineering activities across project delivery teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop and manage construction methodologies, work packs, and temporary works requirements, while monitoring project progress, costs, productivity, and programme performance.
• Mentor and develop Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and graduate team members, while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

• **What We're Looking For**
• **Essential Experience**

• Minimum 8+ years' experience delivering civil infrastructure projects
• Proven experience in heavy civil construction including earthworks, roads
• Strong experience delivering Three Waters projects, including water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure
• Demonstrated success managing project programmes, budgets, subcontractors, and technical delivery
• Strong understanding of construction contracts and risk management
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

**Qualifications**

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Chartered Professional Engineer status (or working towards) is advantageous
