BU Manager LATAM M/F

Join Carpi Tech, a leading company in waterproofing solutions, as the LATAM Business Unit Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the leadership, development, and performance of Carpi Tech's activities across Latin America. You will define and execute the business strategy, drive sales and marketing activities, manage client relationships, oversee operations and project execution, and lead the local organization. You will also manage the financial performance of the business unit and ensure compliance with local regulations and group policies.

• Definir y ejecutar la estrategia comercial de la unidad de negocio en América Latina, alineándola con los objetivos del grupo Carpi Tech.
• Impulsar las actividades de ventas, marketing y desarrollo comercial, fortaleciendo la presencia de Carpi Tech en la región.
• Desarrollar y gestionar relaciones con clientes, socios y partes interesadas clave, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente y el crecimiento del negocio.
• Degree in Engineering
• 8+ years of proven experience in Business Unit leadership, general management, or project based environments, preferably in infrastructure or engineering sectors
• Strong commercial mindset combined with solid operational leadership
• Experience managing multifunctional and multicultural teams
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus)
• Willingness to travel within the region
